Burringilly aims to be an effective service provider on behalf of Older and Disabled Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people and their carers, achieving for them an enriched quality of life that improves their cultural values, heritage beliefs and thus their DREAMING (PAST-PRESENT-FUTURE).
Burringilly receives funding from the Home & Community Care Program to deliver home maintenance.
HACC is a jointly funded Australian Government and state/territory government program.
It provides funding for basic maintenance and support for people who live at home and whose capacity for independent living is at risk, or who are at risk of premature or inappropriate admission to long term residential care.

We offer lawn mowing for HACC eligible clients on a 3 week cycle.

You’re responsible to keep your yard clean so when the maintenance team come around they don’t waste their time moving things off the grass.
We currently have 45 yards in our program, so the quicker he can mow the better for everyone.
